Burning Bridges AI

PAYMENTS & GENERATIONS

Refund Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

1. Your purchase

Each confirmed purchase provides one 20-second generation at the selected resolution, with no subscription. View orders in My payments and tasks in My Videos.

2. Confirmed failed generation

A definitive provider rejection or reported failure restores one allowance at the same resolution, once. A “refunded” task means that allowance was restored; it does not mean money was returned to PayPal. Contact us if a confirmed failure did not restore an allowance.

A timeout or unconfirmed submission requires reconciliation before an allowance can be restored. Queued or running does not automatically mean failed. Do not resubmit to troubleshoot an uncertain task; send us its reference.

3. Monetary refund requests

You may request a refund of a paid, unused allowance. We also review duplicate or incorrect charges, confirmed purchases that were not credited, and service failures preventing delivery. Email [email protected] from the Google account email used for purchase, with:

We verify the payment and whether the allowance is unused, held by a pending task, consumed or already restored. Do not use an allowance while its cash refund is under review. Approved refunds go through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal and your financial institution determine when funds become available.

4. Successful and deleted videos

A successfully delivered personalized video is normally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund after consuming its allowance. AI results vary; a new version normally uses another allowance. If the file is inaccessible during retention or has a material service defect, contact support for investigation and an appropriate remedy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Deletion or expiry after 7 days does not itself qualify for a refund. Download before expiry. Deleting a pending task may not stop upstream rendering and is not a cancellation guarantee.

5. Refunds and payment review

A confirmed cash refund or reversal removes its purchased allowance. Refunds or disputed payments may temporarily pause generation while usage is reconciled, especially if the allowance was already consumed. Contact support to resolve review. The same purchase cannot provide both a cash refund and continued use of its allowance.

6. Your rights

This policy does not override mandatory consumer, cancellation or refund rights. It does not limit PayPal's dispute process; coverage and eligibility follow PayPal's applicable terms. Consult PayPal's Purchase Protection information for your region.
