For generation, billing, privacy or rights concerns, email [email protected]. Support is handled by email; the site has no live chat or automatic cash-refund button.

Generation or download problems

Include your Google account email, generation reference, resolution, approximate submission time and exact error message. Find tasks in My Videos. Contact us instead of resubmitting a task awaiting provider confirmation. Confirmed failures restore an allowance, not an automatic cash refund.

Videos expire 7 days after completion. Download before expiry. A preview or download error does not necessarily mean generation failed.

Payment and refund help

Sign in with the Google account used at checkout and open My payments. Send the order reference, date, resolution, amount and PayPal transaction reference if available. See the Refund Policy for unused purchases, failures and disputed payments.

Privacy and abuse reports

Email [email protected] with the concern, any page or task reference, and your connection to the affected person or content. No account is needed to report unauthorized likeness use, minors, impersonation, copyright or other rights issues. We review reports and may request information needed to verify them.

For account access, correction, export or deletion, email from your account address where possible and specify the request. We may verify ownership. Media deletion does not necessarily delete billing records or upstream copies; see the Privacy Policy.

Before uploading

Have permission to use every photo and consent from everyone depicted. This service is for adults aged 18 or older; do not upload minors. AI results must not be presented as evidence of real events. Read the Terms of Use.
