Terms of Use

These terms cover Burning Bridges AI at burningbridgessi.com. Read these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before generating or purchasing. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact the service operator at [email protected].

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Browsing and previews do not require an account; purchasing and generation require Google sign-in. Keep your account secure and use the same Google account to access purchases and videos. Report unauthorized activity to support. Allowances belong to that account and are not a transferable cash balance.

2. What you purchase

Each current purchase provides one 20-second AI video generation: 480p for US$9.90, 720p for US$19.90, or 1080p for US$39.90. The product and price shown before checkout control your order. Purchases are one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal. PayPal must confirm payment before an allowance is added; approval or a pending order alone is not completed payment.

An allowance is used when a task is submitted. Confirmed failed generation restores one allowance at the same resolution under the Refund Policy. Generating again after a successful result uses another allowance. Downloads do not use allowances. Unused allowances have no currently scheduled expiry; the 7-day rule concerns completed files.

3. AI results and availability

Supply a main portrait and up to four supporting portraits, then select resolution and aspect ratio. Downloads are separate, silent 20-second videos. AI can change appearance, omit a supporting person or create artifacts; exact likeness, choreography and background replacement are not guaranteed. Review results before sharing. Generation time depends on providers and is not guaranteed.

If submission is awaiting provider confirmation, do not submit again to troubleshoot it: another request may create a separate paid task. Contact support with its reference. Deleting a pending video may not cancel the upstream task or restore its allowance.

4. Permission and acceptable use

You must own or have permission to use every uploaded photo and have consent from everyone depicted to process their likeness and generate the requested video. Do not upload anyone under 18. Do not use the service for:

• Non-consensual sexual or intimate content, sexual content involving minors, exploitation or abuse.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, fabricated endorsements or misleading claims about real people's actions.
• Harassment, threats, hateful abuse, doxxing or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.
• Illegal content, bypassing safety controls, payment abuse or interfering with the service.

A publicly available celebrity photo, social-media image or reference video is not automatically licensed. We may restrict requests or accounts to investigate misuse, payment disputes or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

5. Media and output rights

You retain rights you already have in your uploads. You authorize us and the generation providers to process media as needed to fulfill your request, deliver results, troubleshoot and handle deletion under the Privacy Policy. This does not authorize us to publish your portrait as advertising or train our own models on it.

You may download and use output subject to applicable law, provider requirements and others' rights. We do not promise copyright protection, exclusivity or commercial clearance for every AI output. You are responsible for rights to uploaded people, reference footage and any audio you add. Replacing the main person does not itself clear rights in reference footage or remaining recognizable people.

Burning Bridges AI is independent, with no affiliation or endorsement from artists, record labels or social platforms. A preview does not grant rights to redistribute its underlying footage or music.

6. Saving and deletion

Our portraits expire 24 hours after upload; completed videos expire 7 days after successful generation. Download before expiry; recovery after deletion is not guaranteed. Delete in My Videos hides the item and triggers associated cleanup. Account, task and billing records may remain, and upstream retention follows provider policies. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds and problems

The Refund Policy covers restored allowances, cash refund requests, unused purchases and disputes. Contact support about incorrect charges, missing allowances or defective files. Never disclose passwords, full card details or API keys. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or applicable PayPal dispute rights.

8. Service changes and responsibility

We may maintain the service, address security or provider interruptions, and change future products or prices. Completed purchases are not repriced retroactively. If a change prevents delivery of a paid, unused purchase, contact us for a resolution or refund review.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result. Each party remains responsible as required by law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not override mandatory protections in your country.

9. Contact and changes

Email [email protected] for questions, disputes or rights concerns. Updated terms will show a new effective date, with further notice where required. Material service changes will be handled consistently with applicable law and existing purchases.
